Registration and Fees

After you have registered your membership at Odyssey of the Mind's main webpage and gotten an 8 digit Coach Contact ID, you will need to fill out the FLOMA registration form.  The last day to register is January 15, 2025.

 

Payment is due by January 24, 2025.  If you need an invoice, please contact your RD.  your region @floma.org

 

Payment options are:

Click our merchandise link and pay securely through Square.  There is an added convenience fee of $6 per team that is already included in the price listed.  Please be careful to select whether the team is Divisional (I-IV) or Primary.  You must include your 8 digit Coach Contact ID when purchasing. 

 

Multiple teams can be purchased with one transaction.  Simply increase the quantity and then provide all applicable Coach Contact IDs separated by a comma.  Add it to your cart and then if you need to add Primary teams, change your item to Primary, change the Coach Contact ID, and add to cart.  

 

Please note while there is a reference to a shipping fee, it is not applicable to registration payments.  Using the Chrome browser will give you the best results as we've had issues with other browsers during the checkout process.

Make a check payable to FLOMA or Florida Odyssey of the Mind Association and mail it to:  Anna Long, FLOMA AD, 5633 Donnelly Circle, Orlando, FL 32821.

Include Membership affiliation (i.e. College Park Middle School); Coach's first and last name and the 8 digit unique Coach Contact ID number. You are encouraged to provide additional information as well (i.e. Problem number and division), but you must include the 8 digit unique Coach Contact ID number.

There is no processing fee if you are writing a check.  The prices below are per team.
